Adding contact forms and surveys to your website

Contact forms are one of the most important things about a website and they can be used from contacting your company to web visitors signing up to newsletters!

Creating a contact form
This is really easy to do - like every other element - drag the contact form element form the left hand column onto the web page you want - it's found under the 'Basic' section.

Dragging elements to your form
Once you have your form dragged onto the page, you can then start adding different elements to the form for your web visitors to fill in, you can have a many - or as few as you want.

The form will start off with three default fields like the one to the left - you can then add;

-  Short Text Boxes   (Name, Email etc)
-  Large Text Boxes   (Comments Field)
-  Option Buttons   (Yes, No, Maybe Answers)
-  Drop Down Boxes   (Pre-Selected, Written Choices)
-  Check Boxes   (For More Than One Choice)
-  File Uploads   (For CV's, Documentation)
-  Name   (Includes First & Last Name Fields)
-  Email   (For Contact Email Addresses)
-  Address   (Includes Full Address Details)
-  Phone Number   (Includes Area Codes)
-  Columns & Dividers   (Form Separation)
-  Images
-  Text & Title Fields
Surveys & RSVP forms
Surveys are a fantastic way of getting information from new, old or potential customers as to what they might like - or might not like out of either your products or services.  There is a pre-written survey available from the elements column, but it really is just a contact form.  You can add and subtract any elements available to the survey - or build your own from scratch!
