iCenta Controls is a Flow Meter and Level Sensor specialist based in Wiltshire. As an approved distributor for manufacturing giants, Metri Measurements, Fluidwell, OVAL and GF Signet, iCenta Controls lead the way on flow meter and level sensor solutions.

​iCenta wanted a user friendly eCommerce platform that sold a variety of flow and level technology products. The website design project included Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for various search terms to help promote Search Engine exposure.

Salisbury Website Design Project

Salisbury based iCenta Controls had changed their website design several times over a four year period, each time unhappy with the performance of re-imagined website. Recommended to iCenta through a business colleague, our design team were introduced to investigate why the iCenta website was performing so poorly. 

Venture ran several reports and consistantly found errors and missing information, key to optimising the website correctly. Meeting with the Senior Business Management Team, Venture quickly blueprinted a plan to redesign the website. Due to the vast expense incurred via other web design agencies, Venture decided to rebuild the website for free. Our website design and development team work with iCenta in an ongoing Managed capacity to ensure a compliant and well optimised website moving forward.

Bespoke Website Elements

Very often, clients will ask for bespoke elements to be written in to the website design to either fit with branding, or to perform user operations in unique ways. iCenta Controls wanted several filtration systems to help streamline products into definitive categories, ultimately creating a user friendly environment. The filter system was created from scratch, meaning our team could build the system to this engineering company's exacting specifications - unlike 'off the shelf' software solutions.

Next Up

iCenta Controls opted for a Managed Plan with Venture, which means new projects are constantly being looked at and the website will evolve with no additonal or unexpected costs. Currently, we're working on a Flow Meter Selector so customers can input various requirements and recommended Flow Meters will appear depending on their choices.
